About Me

I am an MBA, a communication designer, but basically I am and have always been a writer. I love the world of media, playing with words and debating on different political and social issues.

You have to know me personally to really know me well but here are a few lyrics of one of my favourite songs that somewhat describe me:

“I’ve loved, I’ve laughed and cried,
I’ve had my fill – my share of losing.
But now, as tears subside,
I find it all so amusing.

To think I did all that,
And may I say, not in a shy way –
Oh no. Oh no, not me.
I did it my way.

For what is a man? What has he got?
If not himself – Then he has naught.
To say the things he truly feels
And not the words of one who kneels.
The record shows I took the blows
And did it my way.

Yes, it was my way.” – Frank Sinatra

  1. dear ayesha,

if i want to write on child labor with photographs than is that publish or it would be count in free lance of u paid?

    • I don’t understand. You can make your own blog for free and post your article on it. If you send it to a newspaper or magazine, they may publish it and it will be called “freelance” or a contribution since you are not working for them. They may or may not pay you, depending on the policy of that newspaper or magazine.

  2. Hello Ayesha, I’m an internationally published author. My debut novel Equinox is a western based fantasy romance (dedicated to the nuns) for adults/young adults. It is available on Amazon US, Amazon IN, all over India, Flipcart, Kindle, infibeams, OM books and Liberty books Karachi. It’s for the first time that a Pakistani Hindu female has ever written a book and that too nothing about how bad situation in our country is or how my journey from India to Pakistan has left me shattered. But, really this is not why I’m writing to you. Would you be interested in reading my book and writing a review for it. A book chat or perhaps an interview, anything that would be feasible for you. I just want everyone to know that women here can write romance and fantasy too. Nothing is lost….I’m trying to change the stereotypical writing style and bring a change. Would you help me?
